Dr Carol was amazing. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and for me very proactive when she found I had a problem that needed to be addressed right away. Let me explain. After she did the eyeglasses prescription numbers {which I feel she did a great job on) she said she was going to check my eye pressure. My eye pressure was 39 in my left and 23 in my right. She said I need to see my ophthalmologist right now because that much pressure is extreme. She got on the phone to my insurance and to the ophthalmologist and she made it happen that day.
