The best in the business. Immediate "superfast" response to a/c emergency. Professional team arrived timely, worked meticulously and kept the area clean and free of debris. The reccomendations and advice were spot on! Tropical Air is a blessing to our family.

Pasquale is a very good person and service man, However, I was frustrated by the scheduling as always with Tropical Air. But, this time I made the appointment for 8:30 on Friday 2 weeks before hand and Tropical confirmed the Appointment multiple times, even the afternoon before. And guess what, no one showed up and I had to call around 10 AM to find out that you want to change the appointment to Monday "when I would not be there", so after my begging you agreed to late morning early afternoon, which screwed up my day, but I was desperate, so I took it.

This happens all the time with Tropical and I am getting very frustrated.
